Very courteous and friendly staff. A nice big outside terrace. The food was delicious and not too expensive either. Our dog was warmly welcomed and water was brought for him straight away. Toilets were clean. This includes the city beach with a slide for € 1.50 entry. Of course, both can be used independently of each other. A very small minus was a dirty spoon but you can generously look over it. We'd love to come back.

I have been a regular customer there for years. For the most part everything was always in order and there was always a friendly response to complaints or complaints. A few days ago, however, my family was treated so rudely by the waiter, whom we have known for years, that we decided to leave. Unfortunately, we were there half an hour before the opening and entered the restaurant that was open and were already complained that "it was still open" and we should wait another half an hour ... ok we decided to go to the lake that long go ... but were stopped directly by the extremely unfriendly waiter and should now pay entry for the lido ?! Even after the hint that we all eat here the same (as always) and that there are also regular guests, the waiter insisted on admission (which restaurant there does not have to pay) we decided to go and will not eat there again ... so should You don't deal with guests ... You can say everything in a friendly way, but that's not possible!

Food was delicious even if the salad was missing the dressing, I got the wrong meal and the drinks were a long time coming at over 30 ° C. I think a little more structure in the distribution of staff would be appropriate.

However, we were happy that we didn't get a table on the terrace, as there are quite a few mosquitos on the way this year. The food was served quickly and the service was friendly and accommodating. In terms of taste it was rather mediocre. Not bad, but you could tell that the place is about catering for a lot of people in the shortest possible time. Accordingly, the comfort also suffers a little. Busy staff, noisy guests with children, etc. Card payment was possible without any problems. All in all good, but with room for improvement.

We came in at lunchtime. Got another table outside in the tent. Some tables were reserved. Ours was used before because there were crumbs on the table and chair and cutlery was missing. We order drinking what we waited for 15 minutes, after we waited a long time for the food and our child became impatient, we also ordered a basket of bread again, which will be charged. After an hour of waiting, we became impatient because everyone in front of us and after us got the food. We then asked for the bill. 11 euros poorer and with a growling stomach and howling child we left the restaurant. The staff is also rude and overwhelmed. Absolutely not to be recommended!

As always, very satisfied! Friendly, nice staff and very helpful. Food is always delicious and the service is impeccable. Waiting time for the food to come (from personal experience) 45-60min. If there is a lot going on, you have to expect 90min, which is also okay. In the whole, great restaurant!
